YAY!!! First day of SCHOOL!!!! In short, it was ruined for me before lunch. It came to my attention that during my 3rd period class, AP Language and Composition, that i was supposed to "...turn in summer reading journals..." At first, i was confused by this, until it was further clarified to me by the teacher that we were indeed turning in this summer assignment. I didn't have it. I had to write a letter of why and it was basically like this. "Forgot or didn't know, sorry." Ruined my day when ALL my friends knew and even some that didn't have my class last year knew as well!!! So, by my account, I now have a ZERO on the first day of school. The rest of the day didn't matter.

On a BRIGHTER(like 100000000000 suns worth) note, i got to go and test drive a car! 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart. Best part, i used a manual. I learned while driving on the road! That makes me happy. It was very cool. Also, i got my car back!!!! You know that white Accord? Yep, finally back after being gone for more than a week while it was at the mechanic.

Hopefully the rest this week will go well. It can't get anyworse....wait, i have tests tomorrow!

Today will probably one be of the MOST productive days of my summer vacation at home. Got up early around 10:00 am and decided to give my car a good wash. Spent a few hours in the sun washing ever inch of the exterior. Still couldn't get some of the stuff out. After that i went through a vacuumed the entire car. The floor is so much cleaner now. Now, to the good part. Today i went to get my Drivers License. I had a 3:30 appointment and the whole process took less than and hour! Didn't go that bad really. A few points taken off, but I can now drive by myself. Next step: Insurance !!!!!

Yay, spent almost the ENTIRE month of June away from home. 3 weeks in Hong Kong/ China and 1 week up at Fuge. As of now, my summer is empty so that's good for me.

Also, if you want to see some of the pictures I took in Hong Kong go to my website at www.geocities.com/jase887. Go to Picture Galleries. Hopefully you don't have a really slow connection.

Anyway, to make it short. Vacation = Great Fun. Fuge = Great Fun. Summer so far = Super Great. To lazy to write essays.

It's a 1991 White Honda Accord LX. I have done NOTHING to the car so far. This is how it came. Previous owner was a Reverend who came to our church.

Now to get my license...but that will have to wait until i'm back from China

It's so close to the end  of this school year that the pressure is getting to me. I sometimes feel swamped with so many assignements that i have to stay up late just to keep up. The things that i do for SCHOOL! Oh well, i hope they pay off down the road.

Anyway, nothing really important going on in my life. Recently (read: last Wednesday) our school held the NHS induction ceremony. It took a while with over 170 students being inducted and having to wait for everybody to sign their name in a membership book. The best part though is that everyone held a candle and since the ceremony took so long some of us, like me, felt hot wax dripping onto are hands. Yea, it looked cool in the dark auditorium but hot wax is not cool(pun intended).
